  The management at night is absolutely terrible.
  The manager Is so rude. She is constantly in a bad mood. I'm in the industry as well and every time I come through the drive threw at night she always has an attitude. I don't know your management requirements but she definitely does not deserve it. I get that people have some bad days and it affects their job. But every time I come threw she is absolutely disgustingly rude. I will never ever come back ever again just because of her. I believe that her name is Rachel. Cannot believe the amount of disrespect she gives to her guests.

  I pick up breakfast here every weekday, and most days, the employees are great--friendly, joking around, remembering who I am before I even get to the window. This is around 5:45 am--great folks!
